Buy The Book of Infinite Writing Prompts

Many years back, someone inspired me to write poems and I never looked back. Now when people tell me that my words inspired them to start writing, I feel nothing but purely blessed. Even if you don't write yet, anyone—I repeat anyone—can be a writer. No matter what language you write in, if you have got something to tell and you can ink it well, you are a writer. When I started my writing journey, writing prompts were the best tool I had to polish my skills. I still write using prompts and I love them. So, I thought why not make prompts of my own and share them with you all. If this book turns out to be useful for, at least, one of you, my efforts put into the book will be paid off. (A simpler version of the book is now also available on Kindle worldwide. Check the link at the end of this page) Know that you don't have to be a writer to write but writing makes you a writer. You don't have to only write poems, you can write anything. You don't have to write only in Engli

My Youngest Friend

This post is about my youngest friend, who is none other than my five years old nephew, Vansh. We fondly call him Chiku at home, and he is truly one of the cutest kids I have ever seen. His smile is enough to make my day, which is so pure and lovely. He is son of my cousin and he is my littlest friend. There are so many traits we have in common. Our most favourite hobby is spending time on art & crafts. Every time he buys a new activity book, he comes running to me and we end up doing all the activities in the book within hours. If it's a colouring book, we colour it together. He chooses all his favourite colours and asks me to do the rest. If it's an origami book, we make all sorts of objects given in the book using paper. Sometimes, he gets me busy with the colouring, and he, himself starts playing games on my phone. After I'm done colouring, all he that he says is, "is it done? Now the next page," with a smile. And I am like, this is your job that I am doing, now leave the phone and help me. He is as obedient as he is naughty. Next moment, he would leave his games and start colouring, but just for next five minutes and then returns to my mom and starts his chit chats. He pretends to talk like a grown up at that moment. I would again go and drag him back to the work we were doing. It is always such fun time spent with him.

While everyone's busy posing selfies with celebrities, I have my cute little celebrity moment with him. He totally loves to get his photos clicked and always give a funny smile when I click his pictures. Then he laughs whole-heartedly looking at those pics. Best moment was few days ago when I received three voice messages on Whatsapp, and when I played them, his super cute voice left me in total surprise. He is too young to type messages, so he simply sent me voice messages asking me to send someone to drop him to my home. He wanted to come and play with me. I thought he would have taken someone's help in sending those messages but later I got to know that he did it all by himself, which surprised me even more. I keep hearing them every now and then. His voice so sweet and soft. He calls me by my name, always. Whenever someone says, why do you call her by name when she is older than you? His prompt response is, "oh! She is so small that she is my friend and we play together. I'll call her by her name." Hearing my name in his voice seems so beautiful. All the three messages began with him calling my name, as if he was on a phone call with me. He is my cute little wonderful buddy. 😘
