Pick three to five that create a small flicker of something in you when you read them. Not the ones that feel completely comfortable and not the ones that feel completely impossible. Write them in your journal every morning before the day has had a chance to set your financial anxiety in motion. Not typed. Written by hand. The physical act of writing engages a different level of neural processing than reading or typing and makes the imprint deeper.
