Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)

All products sold on shilpagoel.com are digital downloads (ebooks, journals, guides). No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products are instantly accessible after purchase, returns are not possible once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we understand that situations may arise, and we offer a partial refund under the following conditions:

Partial Refund Eligibility

• A refund of 50% of the purchase amount may be requested

• The request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date

• Refund requests must include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief reason for the request

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The request is made after 15 days

• The product has been fully consumed, shared, or redistributed

• The issue is due to a change of mind or lack of use

• The product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless stated otherwise)
